Delivery Schedule During the Holiday Season 2017
The holiday season is just around the corner.
Malls are open later than usual. Traffic is getting worse lately. The weather is getting cooler.
What we noticed is that people are starting to buy their Christmas gifts early to avoid the inconvenience of shopping late. Everyone and everything seem so different at this time of the year.
For us, it's a continuous learning experience. We're still trying to get better at our operations.
One of our goals is to avoid disappointing our customers, especially during this holiday season. That's why we decided to release this delivery schedule to let you know about our cutoffs. This ensures that you get your orders before Christmas.
Delivery Schedule During the Holiday Season 2017

If you complete your order(s)* on or before the date, our guarantee is that your order(s) will be delivered on or before 24 December 2017. |
| Bulk Orders (30 kits and up) | 6 December 2017 | If you complete your order(s)* on or before the date, our guarantee is that your order(s) will be delivered on or before 24 December 2017. |
A Note on Complete Orders*
A complete order means all details needed by our team to process and deliver the item9s) should be with us by the said date.
For orders bought through credit cards, then this doesn't affect you.
For orders with offline payment methods like cash-on-delivery, bank deposits, etc., that means everything has to be settled on or before the said date.
For example, you bought 50 kits (a bulk order), customization requests have to be finalized and approved by you INCLUDING the full payment by 6 December. Otherwise, the order will be delivered after New Year.
